By registering or placing an order with ColdSMM, you automatically accept all terms listed below, whether you have read them or not. ColdSMM is not responsible for any loss caused by failure to read or understand these terms.

2 Service Usage Policy

• ColdSMM services are for promotional and appearance purposes only.
• No guarantee of engagement, sales, reach, or organic growth.
• Only the purchased quantity is guaranteed.
• Profiles may not have photos, bios, or activity.
• You must follow all social media platform rules.
• Illegal or prohibited content is strictly not allowed.

3 Delivery Policy

• Delivery time is estimated and not guaranteed.
• Orders in processing status will not be refunded.
• Delivery speed depends on service type and platform conditions.

4 Drop Policy

• Drops may occur due to platform updates or algorithm changes.
• Even non-drop or guaranteed services may experience drops.
• ColdSMM is not responsible for platform-based drops.

5 Refill Policy

• Refill is available only if mentioned in the service description.
• Accounts with 100K+ followers, likes, or views before ordering are excluded.
• Username change, private accounts, or other providers void refill.

6 Payments & Refunds

• All payments are final and non-refundable.
• Balance cannot be withdrawn or reversed.
• Refunds are issued as ColdSMM balance only.
• No refunds for wrong links or private accounts.

7 Chargebacks & Fraud

Any chargeback, dispute, or fraudulent activity will result in immediate account suspension and termination without refund.

8 Privacy Policy

ColdSMM respects your privacy. User data is used only for order processing and is never sold or shared with third parties.

9 Disclaimer

ColdSMM is not responsible for account suspension, content removal, or any actions taken by social media platforms.
